Just before the beginning of each new season, the administrator would normally wish to invite all members to renew their subscriptions. To save time, it is a one-step process to create a new subscription for each member. This way, all the new subscriptions will appear in the Pending Subscriptions Table with the Paid? field set to 'No' and the administrator can email the details of each pending subscription to the member and tick each one off when it is paid.
Season to Renew Date Selector:
You will be renewing all the subscriptions which were valid in a particular season. Enter the date that the last season began. E.g. if the last season was 2004-2005, enter "2004"; then the brand new subscriptions will be created for the 2005-2006 season. The default date will be the start of the current season. The day and month cannot be changed as they are set to the start date of each season.
New Season Date Selector:
This cannot be edited as it depends what is set on the Season to Renew Date Selector and will always show one year on from that. If you need to change the default date in the Season to Renew, click the "Refresh Dates" button to confirm your New Season Dates, it is not compulsory to do this as the Season to Renew date will prevail.
Click "Confirm" to go ahead and create the subscriptions for the new season. This may take several minutes depending on the the number of subscriptions to be created.
